Transforming assumptions into a beloved app experience

Odense ZOO wanted to digitise their annual passes and create a feature-rich app experience. We needed to define the audience and their needs and produce a minimum viable product that could reward us with valuable insights immediately.

We designed the app experience starting from basic wireframes and evolved it into a complete design system. Additionally, we conducted workshops with stakeholders, online surveys with users, and an on-site usability test involving 40 participants.
