A customer-first approach to enterprise SaaS design

Jublo is a leading SaaS platform for artisans, property managers, and manufacturers. They needed help enhancing their beloved product experience. To achieve this, we worked closely with the Jublo team and conducted customer interviews to inform our decisions.

Our efforts involved a comprehensive overhaul, including a reimagined menu structure for better navigation and the implementation of a scalable design system for consistency and ease of future improvements.

As a result, the platform now offers an enhanced product experience with improved accessibility, ease of navigation, and creative direction.
