Propbinder, a leading proptech SaaS platform in the Nordics, set out to build an enterprise platform for the entire property ecosystem, a complex design challenge due to the diversity of user needs.

Alongside helping Propbinder define their branding, our primary goal for the past year has been to create a category-defining, scalable user experience and develop a design system.

Through an iterative approach, we designed features based on stakeholder and user interviews, aligning regularly with Propbinder’s senior leadership to balance commercial and technical priorities. Close collaboration with the CEO, CCO, and CTO ensure the platform’s growth is strategically supported by design.
