Despite limited scope, our aim was clear: deliver a functional platform with excellent UX, prioritising functionality, and efficient workflows.
The ESG space is still emerging, requiring fresh thinking to transform complex workflows and data collection into an intuitive, delightful user experience. At the same time, we had to be strategic about scoping and prioritizing the MVP to ensure the project delivered maximum value.
