We transformed Propbinder's management platform into a mobile application designed for operators who travel between locations daily to handle maintenance and operational tasks.
The goal was to create an intuitive, easy-to-use app for all property management tasks, from weekly duties and time tracking to communication with tenants and colleagues.
From the start, we knew that one of the key challenges would be the tight three-week timeline, which required us to move efficiently while ensuring high-quality design.
Drawing on our previous experience with the Propbinder platform, we gathered insights through user interviews, prototyping new features, and refining the design iteratively.
After crafting the UX and UI, we built a component library and worked closely with developers to ensure a smooth execution.
The result was an app now used by hundreds of operators, with ongoing improvements and new features continuously being developed to help them work more effectively.
